AI at noSilo – how does it work?
AI assistants are solutions based on artificial intelligence models that analyze questions and data available in the noSilo system and generate accurate answers based on this analysis. These tools support managers and employees in their daily work by speeding up information retrieval, simplifying data analysis, and facilitating decision-making.


The assistant analyzes the question and data from the system
The AI assistant processes the question asked and then analyzes the data available in noSilo: Competency matrices, Knowledge base, and other documents. Based on this, it generates a precise, structured answer tailored to the context.
AI works exclusively on your organization’s data
The assistant does not use the internet and does not download information from external sources. All answers are based solely on data and documents previously entered into the system. If the assistant cannot find an answer to a question in the available sources, it will inform you directly—it will not create answers based on random information.


The model only analyzes data assigned to the user
The AI assistant operates on the same range of data that the logged-in user has access to. A different range of data will be visible in the Manager Assistant, another in the Knowledge Assistant in the line employee’s account, and yet another in the Knowledge Assistant assigned to the account of a leader, manager, HR specialist, or director.
The assistant supports process and administrative tasks
The AI assistant handles queries from various areas – from machine operation and the skills required for a given position to issues related to occupational health and safety or labor law. The only limitation is whether the document addressing a given issue is available in the system.


The answers are generated in a readable format
The answers generated by the assistant are clear and well-organized. Key elements are logically grouped and often presented in bullet points, making it easy to quickly grasp the most important information. In the case of the Manager Assistant, the answers include action priorities, so that it is immediately clear which steps are most important. In the Knowledge Assistant, each response ends with references to sources, with the option to immediately jump to the specific document from which the information comes.

No. The scope of data that the assistant works with is exactly the same as the scope available to the logged-in user. A line employee will receive answers based only on materials assigned to their role, and a manager will see information about their team and documents to which they have access.
