TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a concept of comprehensive maintenance management and ensuring the proper condition of the machinery. According to the TPM idea, the total productive maintenance of machines enabling the achievement of maximum productivity depends on the actions of all employees – from operators, through the maintenance department, to the management staff.

Autonomous maintenance in TPM focuses on using available resources and tools to maintain the best possible condition of the machinery, instead of incurring the costs of purchasing new devices. The Total Productive Maintenance method in practice includes, among others: maintenance and service work and repairs. In addition to purely technical issues, TPM is also based on communication between staff responsible for maintenance and operation of machines.

The application allows you to choose the type of verification divided into daily, weekly or monthly verifications.

Each verification of the machine status is saved on the list as a separate event. The event history contains information such as: the name and surname of the checking person, the machine’s operational status, the date and time of verification, the type of verification and a preview of the comment, if it has been added.
