noSilo allows you to plan the development path of employees according to the position held. The information available on the employee’s profile reminds us of the need to acquire specific skills. This data is also visible to the manager, who can confirm the training’s success.

The buddy function allows you to create, edit, and assign requirements to employees. The trainer function allows you to plan training sessions with a trainer. Selected users supervising the process can approve an employee’s training completion.
