No. Training Workers (TWI–IP) is just one area of the program. Training Within Industry also includes Improving Work Methods (TWI–MP), Relations with Workers (TWI–RP), and Workplace Safety (TWI–BP). The TWI system therefore develops a broader set of competencies needed by leaders.
