TWI and Lean Management are closely related, but they are not the same thing. Lean Management is a broader approach to management, focused on eliminating waste and continuously improving processes. TWI, on the other hand, focuses on developing leadership skills, standardizing work, and effectively transferring knowledge. Implementing TWI can therefore support the goals of Lean Management.
