Q: When do I have to submit my first pay gap report?

Companies with 150+ employees – by June 7, 2027 (data for 2026). Companies with 250+ employees – similarly, the first report by June 7, 2027, then annually.

Q: What is job evaluation and why is it required?

Job evaluation is a systematic assessment of the value of work based on objective, gender-neutral criteria (skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions). The directive requires the use of such criteria so that differences in pay can be justified—and not attributed to discrimination.

Q: Does the directive apply to small businesses?

Yes. Disclosure requirements (salary ranges in recruitment, employee's right to information) apply to all employers regardless of size. The obligation to report the pay gap begins with companies employing 100+ employees.

Q: What data is needed for the assistant to work effectively?

The assistant manager uses only data available in the noSilo system, such as competency matrices, training information, and the knowledge base. The assistant's effectiveness is guaranteed by generating responses based on current data assigned to the user.

Q: Will AI work in smaller plants?

Yes, AI works regardless of the size of the organization. In smaller companies, the number of processes may be lower, but human resources are also limited, and one person is often responsible for many areas. In such cases, AI analytical support can be even more important.

Q: How long does it take to implement an AI assistant in a manufacturing company?

The assistant manager is part of the noSilo platform. This means that organizations using the system have access to it as part of the solution and can start using it without a separate implementation process.

Q: Is the AI assistant replacing the production manager?

No. The AI assistant does not replace the production manager, but supports them in their daily work. It takes over repetitive and time-consuming tasks such as searching, analyzing, and comparing data. This allows the manager to focus on tasks that cannot be automated—building relationships, making decisions, and developing the team.

Q: What AI assistants does noSilo offer, and how do they differ?

noSilo provides two assistants: the Manager Assistant and the Knowledge Assistant. The Manager Assistant analyzes data on competencies, training, and teams, prepares summaries, identifies gaps, and supports development and promotion planning. The Knowledge Assistant searches for information in company documents, highlights specific passages from sources, and provides quick answers to questions in the areas of HR, occupational health and safety, production, and administrative processes.
