noSilo provides two assistants: the Manager Assistant and the Knowledge Assistant. The Manager Assistant analyzes data on competencies, training, and teams, prepares summaries, identifies gaps, and supports development and promotion planning. The Knowledge Assistant searches for information in company documents, highlights specific passages from sources, and provides quick answers to questions in the areas of HR, occupational health and safety, production, and administrative processes.
